Watch: Shreyas Iyer's sister emulates his swagger walk after PBKS win vs MI

Punjab Kings powered into the IPL 2025 final with a thrilling win over Mumbai Indians at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Sunday. The game that stretched well past midnight saw PBKS skipper Shreyas Iyer lead a spirited chase against Hardik Pandya's MI, to book a spot in Tuesday's final against Royal Challengers Bengaluru.

The PBKS skipper, dubbed ‘Sarpanch’ by supporters, took on the MI bowling as he smashed an unbeaten 87 from just 41 deliveries. The 30-year-old sealed the win with a confident six off Ashwani Kumar's final ball of the 19th over.

His game-winning knock steered PBKS to their second IPL final and set them up with a shot at claiming their maiden IPL crown against Rajat Patidar's RCB. Iyer was also named Player of the Match for his display.

In a clip shared on PBKS's official X handle, Shresta Iyer is seen emulating her brother. Donning a red-and-black PBKS jacket, the skipper's sister attempted to emulate her brother as she mimicked the swagger and style of Iyer.


Shresta swung her shoulders back and forth as she nodded at the camera with a smirk. She then tipped her head and pointed to the camera before going up to the Punjab captain and holding him in a tight embrace.

Iyer's mother too, soon came onto the field and hugged her son with a wide smile on her face.
