NEET UG answer key 2025: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is soon expected to publish the provisional answer key for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG 2025), the country’s largest medical entrance examination. Once released, the answer key will be made available on the official NEET website — neet.nta.nic.in.

The NEET UG 2025 was conducted on May 4, 2025, in a single shift from 2 PM to 5 PM and witnessed a participation of 22 lakh candidates. The NEET UG 2025 provisional answer key will serve as a key resource for candidates to assess their performance ahead of the official result declaration. By comparing their answers with the provisional key, students can calculate tentative scores and get an early sense of their ranking.

Though NTA has not confirmed the release date, media reports suggest the provisional answer key may be out by the end of May 2025. This will be followed by an objection window allowing students to challenge any discrepancies they identify.

How to raise objections against the answer key
If candidates find any discrepancies in the provisional answer key, they are entitled to raise objections. Here’s the step-by-step process:

• Log in to neet.nta.nic.in using your application credentials.
  
• Click on the “Challenge to Answer Key” link.
  
• Select the specific question(s) you want to challenge.
  
• Upload relevant supporting documents or authoritative sources.
  
• Pay the objection fee (to be notified by NTA).
  
• Submit your challenge within the stipulated deadline.
  

Objections will be reviewed by subject matter experts. Only those supported with credible evidence will be considered. Following this, the final answer key will be published, forming the basis for the NEET UG 2025 result .

As per NTA’s previous schedule patterns and official notifications, the final answer key and results are expected to be released on or around June 14, 2025. Results will be hosted on exams.nta.ac.in/NEET, where students can log in and download their scorecards.
