Varun Dhawan and Natasha Dalal became proud parents to a lovely daughter on June 3 and after five months of her birth, the new dad revealed her name. The couple introduced their little one to the world when Natasha left the hospital, cradling the newborn in her arms.
Varun reveals daughter's nameRecently, the Citadel actor graced his appearance on Kaun Banega Crorepati Season 16, hosted by the legendary Amitabh Bachchan. During the episode, Amitabh asked about Varun's experiences as a new dad, commenting on how special this Diwali would be with their daughter’s arrival. At that moment, Varun said with a bright smile, "We named her Lara. I’m still learning to connect with her; as you said, everything changes when a baby comes home." He emphasised that a content wife leads to a harmonious family life.The name Lara itself has various meanings across cultures, often associated with guardian spirits and happiness. For the unversed, earlier in February, Varun took to social media and announced they were expecting their first baby. He shared a black-and-white picture featuring his wife, Natasha, where he was seen kissing her baby bump. The caption of the post read, “We are pregnant.
