Cavan Sullivan signed the largest homegrown contract in MLS history when he put pen-to-paper on a deal with Philadelphia Union last May when he was still 14. The 15-year-old, who is eligible to represent either Germany, the USA or Bangladesh in the future, has a clause in his contract that allows him to move to Manchester City when he turns 18.

Joel Ndala is already plying his trade at Manchester City but is currently on loan at Nottingham Forest. The 18-year-old English winger is yet to play for the City or Forest first team but has featured in Premier League 2 during his stint in the Midlands.

Manchester City appear to have a full roster of future superstars, with 19-year-old attacker Claudio Echeverri also on their books after joining the club from River Plate at the start of last year.
