Sky has made a major change to a popular TV and broadband package to rival Virgin Media and BT. The provider is in the midst of its spring sale and has slashed its package to its 'lowest ever price' of £35 per month, while adding 300Mbps broadband for the price of 150Mbps. Usually, Sky's Full Fibre 300 costs £29 per month without any TV access. However, this bundle also includes more than 100 channels such as Sky Atlantic - the home of The Last of Us and The White Lotus - plus Netflix, Discovery+ and free-to-air channels like BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and many more. The deal goes head to head with , which boasts more than 200 channels and 362Mbps fibre broadband for £34.99. This is a penny cheaper and around 60Mbps faster than Sky, while also including around 100 extra channels, but there's two key selling points of the Sky deal that Virgin can't beat.
Neither Sky Atlantic or Netflix are included with this Virgin plan, which could be a deal-breaker for those looking to catch hit shows like The Last of Us or the upcoming return of Squid Game and Stranger Things. Another rival option is , which does include Sky Atlantic and Netflix with a NOW Entertainment pass, but works out more than £350 dearer over the life of the contract after it reverts to the usual £56.99 rate. With Sky, customers can upgrade to the new , which offers over 40 additional channels - including Sky Showcase, Sky Crime, Sky Documentaries and Sky Comedy - for an extra £4 per month. There's also the option to add Sky Cinema and Sky Sports to the package for an extra £10 and £20 respectively.
All of these services are accessible via Sky Stream, the brand's latest device that delivers TV and streaming services through WiFi instead of a traditional satellite dish. New customers can benefit from Sky's One Touch Switch scheme, meaning they don't have to contact their current broadband provider to make the change, reports .
Sky is cutting out the hassle for customers by directly reaching out to the existing provider to manage the switch. It's key to note that run for 24 months, and the price 'may change' during this time.
Earlier this year, Sky announced a 6.2% increase of its TV and broadband prices, so we may expect a similar rise in April 2026. Nonetheless, Sky distinguishes itself as one of the select companies allowing subscribers to end their contracts early following a price hike announcement.
Sky has been receiving plenty of rave reviews on Trustpilot, where one five-star review says: " is a game changer. Switched a few weeks back and it's the best decision I've ever made. Installation takes care of itself, the remote even auto tunes itself to the TV. The best part is though the ability to have a single charge for all your streaming subscriptions."
Another says: "I've been with lots of companies to get my TV and internet but the best service I have received out of them all is Sky. We did change to other companies because of the price but always go back to Sky."
However, one less-impressed customer says: "I wasn't happy with the service provided by Sky, phoned up to change my deal and was passed around like a parcel. Eventually I got to speak to someone who knew what they were doing. I am happy my issue was finally resolved but took a lot of work."
