has paused all online orders following a cyber incident affecting its website and mobile app services. The confirmed the move in a statement shared on Friday, saying it had taken the step as part of its "proactive management" of the issue.
While customers can still browse products online, the company said it is not currently processing any orders through its M&S.com website or apps. In-store , however, remains unaffected, and all physical branches are open as normal.

M&S told customers: "We have made the decision to pause taking orders via our M&S.com websites and apps.
"Our product range remains available to browse online. We are truly sorry for this inconvenience. Our stores are open to welcome customers."
The retailer first informed customers about the cyber incident earlier in the week and has reassured them that no action is needed at this time.
"We informed customers on Tuesday that there was no need for them to take any action. That remains the case, and if the situation changes we will let them know," the company said.
An investigation is underway, and a dedicated team supported by cybersecurity experts is working to restore services.
"Our experienced team - supported by leading cyber experts - is working extremely hard to restart online and app shopping," M&S added.
No further details have been released about the nature of the incident, and M&S has not said when services are expected to return.
The supermarket ended the statement by thanking customers for their patience: "We are incredibly grateful to our customers, colleagues and partners for their understanding and support."
The Express has reached out to M&S for comment.
