He admitted that he does not rely on expensive supplements, experimental anti-aging treatments or trendy meal plans. Instead, his top tip is nice and easy - he just chooses to meditate and follow a low-fat diet, mixed with low-impact exercise. Clint, who was born in California, realised that a healthy body is crucial for a clear mind and a long life after his father passed away at a young age from cardiovascular disease. Since then, he has adopted an unwavering dedication to his health. According to celebrity biographer Shawn Levy, author of the book 'Clint: The Man and the Movies,' the actor has followed the practice since the 1970s.
In the words of the author, Eastwood is a "lifelong gym rat and fitness freak". The writer said that he focuses on a healthy diet that is balanced and nutritious without being overly restrictive.
Although there is one thing the star leaves out of his diet. When talk show host Jimmy Kimmel asked Eastwood whether he snacks on nachos or chicken wings, Eastwood responded: "None of that crap."
Instead, he consumes a lot of broccoli and asparagus, packed with vitamins, minerals, and fiber, Levy said. The actor also prioritises eating lean protein sources, including salmon and chicken, as well as an abundance of vegetables like dark, leafy greens.

According to experts, this form of wellbeing can help people to avoid distracting thoughts. It promotes a state of "relaxed awareness" by using a mantra to focus attention.
Low impact workouts also help the legendary actor. Clint is said to enjoy playing golf, as well as taking longer walks at a slower pace. When it comes to weight training, Eastwood prioritizes proper form over heavy lifting, aiming to build and maintain muscle strength effectively.
