Manchester United will be boosted by the returns of and for their match against on Sunday.

United travel to the London Stadium this weekend straight from Istanbul, having on Thursday night in the . opted to stay a further day in the Turkish city to train on Friday before heading to London for their next fixture.

Although they ended their five-match winless streak last weekend by , Ten Hag remains under pressure with United 12th in the Premier League. His task has not been made easier by persistent injury problems so far this season, but he will at least get some relief for the Hammers game.

Asked what had happened to the Brazilian winger, Ten Hag replied: “I haven't seen it, it's only what I have to tell you out of the second hand, so from the doctor and the physio, who told me what they saw. So, first, I have to see the video before I can give comment on this.”

Malacia and Yoro are now back training with the United first team, but are not expected to return to the matchday squad for a few more weeks, with the club taking a cautious approach. Malacia has not played since May 2023 following a serious knee injury, while Yoro had surgery on a foot injury picked up in a pre-season friendly against in July and is yet to make his United debut.
