Royal fans have noticed a few major absences from the trailer of Meghan Markle’s new season of With Love, Meghan.
The trailer for the anticipated second series dropped on Tuesday, and featured a range of celebrity guests who will feature on the lifestyle program, which airs in just two weeks' time on August 26.
During the upcoming eight episodes, celebrity guests joining Meghan will be US model and TV personality Chrissy Teigen and Queer Eye star Tan France, as well as podcaster Jay Shetty and his cookbook author wife Radhi Devlukia. Chefs Samin Nosrat, Clare Smyth, Christina Tosi, Jose Andres, and David Chang, and Meghan's close friends, pilates instructor Heather Dorak, and makeup artist Daniel Martin, will also appear.

However, despite the broad range of guests appearing in the show, fans were quick to point out that Prince Harry and their two children, Archie and Lilibet, did not feature in the trailer, much to the disappointment of many royal fans. It comes after the 'brutal truth' behind Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's 'downgraded' Netflix deal was exposed.
Indeed, eagle-eyed royal watchers will have noticed a huge absence in the trailer as Meghan's family were nowhere to be seen. Both Meghan and Harry have attempted to conceal their young children in social media posts, opting not to show Archie and Lilibet’s faces.
Prince Harry made a brief appearance in the finale episode of With Love, Meghan season one, however their children did not feature in the show’s first series at all.
The trailer for the second series of Meghan’s lifestyle show dropped on Tuesday, in which she revealed a little known fact about her husband Prince Harry. In the last few seconds of the trailer, Meghan is chatting candidly with famous chef José Andrés. She is then seen telling the cook: “Do you know who doesn’t like lobster? My husband.”
The chef then cheekily responded: “And you married him?!” prompting Meghan to laugh. The trailer showed Meghan cooking and baking with celebrity friends. "I love the idea of just spending time together… and finding new ways to show people you care," she adds: “There are easy ways to show up, lovingly.”
With Love, Meghan, season one was released in March but failed to break into the top 300 most-watched shows on the streaming platform in the first six months of 2025, and was widely panned by critics.
The preview for the show’s second season comes just hours after Meghan and Harry announced they have signed a second deal with Netflix, after weeks of speculation that their partnership would be coming to an end in September.
Five years ago, Harry and Meghan secured a lucrative contract, thought to be worth more than 100 million dollars (£74 million), with Netflix after quitting as senior working royals in 2020 - but this new extension is seen as a downgrade on their previous exclusive rights deal and is believed to be worth a lot less.
