Oasis have taken the UK by storm once again, thrilling fans in Cardiff, London, and their hometown of Manchester – with Noel and Liam Gallagher dazzling huge crowds. Despite initial uproar over dynamic ticket pricing, it seems all is forgiven as they belted out their classics – with many hailing it as the "best gig" of their "lives".
However, not everyone was lucky enough to snag tickets, leaving some fans stranded while their mates enjoyed the show. One bloke shared a "nice little note" full of puns he left for his wife before heading off to see his favourite band, which tickled many online.
He wrote: "My lovely wife. Whilst I am writing this, I am feeling Supersonic, and wonder how many gin and tonics I will consume today.

"Today I am going to live my life in the city, but Don't Look Back In Anger, I'll be home for lunchtime tomorrow.
"There will be plenty of Cigarettes and Alcohol in the next 24 hours. I have left you a nice care package so you can have a nice pamper evening.
"At least you don't have to put up with my Morning Glory tomorrow. Some Might Say you've had a lucky escape, but I hope you will Stand By Me until tomorrow.
"We will Live Forever, so plenty of opportunity for me to take you to see the greatest band ever LIVE. So, just Stop Crying Your Heart Out, I will see you tomorrow, and love you lots xxx".
He ended the letter with "Your Rock and Roll Star," humorously requesting her to water his "hanging baskets once the sun goes down".
Oasis finds found it "absolute class" – and shared their hopes that he enjoyed the concert.
Yet, one person threatened to wreck "his hanging baskets" if they were left out of an Oasis gig. They confessed they'd be fuming their partner was going and not them.
The 'Stop Crying Your Heart Out' nod suggests she was keen to attend too – and the care package served as a small consolation.
A commenter quipped: "Going out with the lads to watch Oasis, saving a fortune on not taking the Mrs, writing a clever note that gets you back in her good books... it's all part of the Masterplan."
Some felt it was regrettable he didn't bring "his wife with him to the greatest gig in their lifetime," assuming he was off with his mates.
One chap labelled the letter "cringe," but others branded him a "miserable t*****" for his negative take on the endearing note.
Curiosity peaked about whether she actually "watered his hanging baskets" – and indeed, "she did". One thing is certain, we're chuffed she Rolled With It!
