Congress To Host Language Harmony Dialogue in Mira-Bhayandar Amid Rising Marathi-Hindi Tensions

Over the past few days, incidents creating tension between Marathi and Hindi-speaking communities have occurred in the Mira-Bhayandar area. Certain forces are attempting to spread hatred and division on the basis of language, seemingly for political gain — a fact that is widely known. However, such tension is not in the interest of society. Hence, the Congress Party has taken the initiative to organize a dialogue seminar titled "We are Marathi, We are Indian Languages" on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, in Mira-Bhayandar. The event will be held in the presence of Maharashtra Pradesh Congress President Harshvardhan Sapkal.

As an effort to promote harmony and brotherhood, the Mira-Bhayandar District Congress Committee has organized this event under the initiative of Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee Working President Muzaffar Hussain. The program will be held at Asmita Club, Naya Nagar, Mira Road, at 2:30 PM. This information was shared by Adv.
