Rajkummar Rao and Wamiqa Gabbi starrer Bhool Chuk Maaf received a very good response at the box office during its first weekend. The film in three days collected Rs. 28 crore which is a very good number for a mid-budget movie. However, all eyes were on the fourth day, and Bhool Chuk Maaf has passed the Monday test. Though of course there was a huge drop in collection, the movie, despite rains in major cities, has collected Rs. 4.75 crore on its day 4.
According to Sacnilk, the Karan Sharma's directorial has collected Rs. 32.75 crore in four days. We can expect that by the end of its first week the film will collect around Rs. 40-45 crore which is surely a good amount.
There's no big film releasing this Friday (May 30), so Bhool Chuk Maaf has a good two-week window to collect at the box office. If it does well at the ticket windows during its second weekend, then we can expect the lifetime collection of the film to be around Rs. 70-80 crore.
Bhool Chuk Maaf Budget
According to various reports, Bhool Chuk Maaf is made on a budget of Rs. 50 crore. So, if it collects around Rs. 70-80 crore at the box office, the movie is a successful venture.
Bhool Chuk Maaf Reviews
Bhool Chuk Maaf was earlier slated to release on May 9, 2025. But, due to India-Pak conflict, the makers decided to release it on Amazon Prime Video on May 16, 2025. However, due to a legal tussle with PVR INox, the makers later decided on a theatrical release for the film, and finally it was released on May 23, 2025.
The film has received mixed reviews from the critics. The Free Press Journals' reviewer gave 3 stars, and wrote, "Bhool Chuk Maaf is an entertaining romantic-comedy. It is a fun, light-hearted movie that you can watch it with your family and enjoy."
