Jake Paul issues blunt three-word response to new Mike Tyson training video

Jake Paul has been left shocked after seeing the shape has got himself into for their upcoming fight.

Paul has watched hours of tape to study Tyson’s previous fights and has stated that believes Tyson will try “to trap me on the ropes and then get blows off to angles on each side.” Asked by the what he’d do in response, Paul replied: “To just box on the outside and then use my footwork to be more agile and get him chasing me and then attack him when he’s out of position. That should frustrate him.”

Tyson has now responded to those comments. Asked by how long the fight will last, he replied: “Not long, as soon as I catch him, because he’s going to run like a thief. I don’t see how he’s going to make an exciting fight by running all day. He’s supposed to be the young guy, he’s supposed to run right through me. I’m an old man and he’s going to run all f***ing night?!”

Asked if Paul could go punch for punch with him, Tyson added: "I think he should try it. He's a younger man, he should be able to handle punches from an old withering man like me.” When asked for a prediction on the fight, Tyson didn’t give a round, but said: "My intention is to hurt this young man.”

Tyson also dismissed concerns over his age and recent health scare: "Other people my age haven't been training as long as me, been as consistent as me, and I'm just a different species of human being.”

During a recent chat with Jimmy Kimmel, Tyson claimed he was training six hours a day. "I am training extremely hard, I do six hours a day. I start at 11am and might leave the gym at 5pm," he said.
